How It Works

From the “What’s Happening” Navigation Bar Link or from My Profile, click on “News” and then “Add”.

Choose the Community 2.0™ Website you belong to that you want this post to originate from in “Under” (only available when on Peoplemovers.com Community).

Choose the level of privacy. If you want this post to be broadcast across all communities that follow you, you must choose “Visible to All”.

Choose the Community Topic (what’s this) that this News post most closely affects.

Create a Title or copy and paste the title from the website article that you want to link to.

If you want the Title to link to another website, copy and paste the entire web address in Website Link.

Type or copy and paste the information you want to share. If you are linking to another article on the web, just copy and paste the first two paragraphs.

Use the WYSIWYG (“What You See Is What You Get”) Editor if you want to have special font displays, additional web links or photos in your post.

Use News for current stories that are more informational. Articles and information that will have a longer “shelf-life” should be posted in Resources where people and organizations can refer to them.

Become a valuable resource for your community by posting links to other websites that have news items that would benefit the community.
